The Osselaer portfolio includes the management of planned communities, homeowners' associations, condominiums, townhouses, apartment complexes, and mobile home communities.  Its principal office is located at 532 East Maryland Avenue in Phoenix, and we are proud to announce the opening of our Southern Office in Tucson, and our Northern Office in Flagstaff.

     Osselaer was founded in 1965 by Thomas F. Osselaer.  Specializing in the management of apartment complexes, mobile home communities, and mini storages, Osselaer became quickly known for the proactive, hands-on management philosophy that resides within the company even more so today.  in 1991, the company was taken over by Thomas' son, John C. Osselaer, and at that time the focus of the company expanded into the management of homeowners' associations.  Today, Osselaer manages over 10,000 homes throughout the state of Arizona.

     As President of Osselaer, John has been appointed as a guest speaker at CAI conferences numerous times, is a court-appointed receiver, and holds a Real Estate Broker's License.  John is also a graduate of the University of Arizona.  In addition, several of the Property Managers hold an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson's License, as well as designations from organizations such as CAI, which provides quality property management education.  All of Osselaer's managers are encouraged to educate themselves further through programs such as CAI so that we can ensure that we provide first-rate services to clients such as you.

     This family-owned business is family-oriented in all aspects of operation.  Most of our employees have been with the Company for several years, some of which have recruited siblings and even parents to become a part of the team.  Osselaer is proud to be considered as one of the "smaller" property management firms in Arizona.  After all, our commitment to excellence is our mission, and our mission requires a team effort.  This same effort will be instilled in your community.
