     Our commitment to excellence in our profession is our mission, and our mission requires a team effort.  Every call is personally answered by our receptionist to ensure that from your first contact with us you will be treated with the utmost efficiency and courtesy.  After hours, holiday, and emergency calls are initially screened by our answering service.  In turn, each of our property managers rotates to being "on call" to handle all matters that should arise after hours.  In addition, a master list of vendors, contractors and other essential information is placed in our permanent record in order to provide our clients with the best possible service.
